  1. One set of numbers per ticket, only 5,000 sets will be sold (2 tickets per set). You can win more than once with the same ticket.  Only one name permitted on ticket stub.

  2. Any unsold tickets become the property of Pennsboro VFD.
  3. Ticket holders can purchase (2) tickets for concert with each set of tickets purchased.  Concert tickets purchased in advance only $15.00 each, which includes VIP seating, or $25.00 after June 1st with no VIP seating.  Children 8 and under must be with an adult ticket holder.  Tickets for children 8 and under are $15.00 each for the concert.
  4. Some prizes may require payment of Federal Withholding taxes before the receipt of the prize. This will be the responsibility of the winner.
  5. All Pennsboro VFD active members and household members are not eligible for the drawing.
  6. Winning ticket holders will be mailed a list of the winner's names and winning ticket numbers.
  7. Winners have 15 days after being notified to claim prize, or prizes will be forfeited to the PVFD.
  8. Non Raffle ticket holders can purchase concert tickets.  Price is $30.00 each in advance and $40.00 at the gate-NO VIP SEATING.
  9. Drawing subject to the sale of 4,000 sets of tickets.
  10. All winning tickets must match number drawn in exact order.  The 5:30 Grand Prize winner will win $30,000.00 (thirty thousand dollars).
  11. Cash prizes available the day of the drawing.  If you're not present, you will be notified.
  12. No ATV's or Pets allowed. 
  13. If for some unforeseen reason a published prize becomes unavailable, cash for the same amount will be awarded.
  14. Must be 18 to purchase raffle ticket.
  15. Federal and State income taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to provide a valid social security number may result in federal backup withholding.  *Prizes based on MSRP*  Winner of ATV will be responsible for State sales tax and fees.
  16. Neither the Pennsboro VFD or any other person, organization or business sponsoring or participating in the Summer Celebration assumes any liability for any claims for injuries or other damages arising out of the possession of any firearm or 4-wheeler, or any other prize obtained through this ticket, and by accepting this ticket, the holder acknowledges that limitation on liability.    
  17. Mail orders will be randomly drawn by the PVFD, and filled out by the department, and stubs mailed to purchaser-unless purchaser request ticket not to be filled out. (All tickets are sealed.)  
  18. List of winners will be posted on the website:  www.pennsborovfd.com  
  19. Soft drinks and water provided at no charge.
  20. All gun winners must claim their prizes at Dodd's Sporting Goods, 103 Maple Street, Ellenboro, WV  Phone- 304-869-3200  All firearm winners will be subject to a background check.
  21. If for some reason the drawing is not held, all monies will be returned to the ticket holders.
  22. Identification is required before prizes can be awarded.  Social Security number of winner is required by law before prize can be claimed.
  23. Tickets for Country Music Concert must be paid for separately from Summer Celebration tickets-use separate checks and money orders.  Bring own lawn chairs.
  24. Alcoholic beverages permitted in campground area only.  No glass containers allowed.
  25. All campers must have water back flow preventers.
  26. Camping and parking on first come first serve basis.
